In order to protect the health of our customers, we can not accept some products for returns. The Money Back Guarantee applies to Luci Starter Kits only. If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit, you may return it within the specified period for a refunded portion of your original purchase price.
The thirty (30) day return period begins once payment is processed and/or on the original purchasing date. To receive a refund, all products originally packaged within the starter kit must be returned. All returns are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. Shipping from the buyer to Luciano Smokes Inc. is the responsibility of the purchaser.
