The 30-Day return policy applies to Luci Starter Kits only. The thirty (30) day period begins once payment is processed and/or on the original purchasing date. To receive a refund, all products originally packaged within the starter kit must be returned. All returns are subject to a $35.00 processing & restocking fee. A paper receipt or invoice must be enclosed in the packaging to Luciano Smokes Inc. for returns to be accepted. Shipping from the buyer to Luciano Smokes Inc. is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any products damaged, or not in the original condition from purchasing, are ineligible for a refund.
